We're looking for a Backend Developer to join our team in Florianópolis (SC) / Brazil. You'll build high-performance services that process real-time data in mission-critical environments.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services in modern C++ on Linux
• Process high-throughput data streams with a focus on reliability and low latency
• Integrate services with databases, APIs, and distributed components
• Investigate complex production issues and optimize performance
• Ship and maintain applications in containerized environments (Docker / [Kubernetes])
• Improve our automation, testing, and engineering practices

What you bring

• Professional experience with C++
• Solid experience developing on Linux
• Knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, sockets)
• Experience with databases and service integration
• Advanced English proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with telecom or network protocols ([e.g., SIP, RTP, ASN.1])
• CMake, CI/CD, and automated testing (unit and integration)
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Python for tooling and testing
