IT Technical Lead III Description

• The Technical Lead shall be responsible for overseeing the support, analysis and enhancement of the Service product.
• The primary focus of the technical lead is to provide technical and customer support and oversight, develop and enhance applications; interact with the medical review staff to document additional requirements or help troubleshoot problems with application and data.
• Responsible for additional technical changes and for providing technical solutions.
• Responsible for reviewing work products for completeness, technical feasibility, and potential risks, and for developing appropriate comments to FDA Project Officers

Responsibilities for this Project

• Provide support to develop Web based applications including online customer service to transform government agencies to deliver their services on line.
• Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the web-site.
• Provide support for the implementation of interfaces to applications. Working knowledge and experience coding in Java is required.
• Solicit guidance from and communicate updates to the client. Work with other stakeholders, including technical teams working on related initiatives and junior software developers.

Required skills/Level of Experience

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science
• 10 years of experience in IT Oversight and management.
• 5+ years of Angular development experience in an enterprise development environment
• 5+ years of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Strong experience with Modern/Enterprise Web Application design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: Agile/SAFe, Microservices, Spring Boot, Java, Docker, AWS
