IT Help Desk & Junior System Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a technically minded Junior Help Desk & System Administrator to join our Tech Foundations team.

The role combines day-to-day technical support with hands-on exposure to system administration, infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments, offering an opportunity to grow and develop within the IT field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to local and remote employees across hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and workstations.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, access, and equipment.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Support system monitoring, security tools, patch management, and endpoint management.
• Maintain technical documentation and internal IT procedures.
• Collaborate with senior team members on infrastructure, automation, and cloud-related projects.

Requirements

• 6–18 months of hands-on experience in technical support, IT service desk, or relevant military/academic IT experience.
• Strong familiarity with Windows environments; macOS knowledge is an advantage.
• Hands-on exposure to Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
