**About the role**

The company is a U.S. healthcare organization looking for a senior data professional to join its Corporate Compliance team.

This is a newly created role

you will turn a largely manual billing audit process into the data, tools and reports that show compliance performance over time, working closely with auditors and leadership.

**What you'll do**

  • Build, from the ground up, data collection tools, Excel models and dashboards that track billing audit findings, error rates and trends.
  • Consolidate audit results and present clear reports and insights to programs, executive leadership and compliance committees.
  • Apply statistical sampling and data quality checks to audit findings.
  • Work with the Finance and Data Analytics teams to integrate their data warehouses with the compliance team's work.
  • Review billing documentation and support audits and investigations when needed.
  • Research healthcare regulations and use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to support analysis and process building.

**What we're looking for**

  • Senior experience (around 6+ years) in data analysis and reporting, including building tools and processes from scratch.
  • Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to present findings to U.S. executives.
  • Autonomy to work without close supervision, and the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.

**Nice to have**

  • Experience in healthcare, especially billing, claims, revenue cycle or compliance audits.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations (Medicaid, CMS, HIPAA).
  • Experience with EHR systems and with reviewing narrative or clinical documentation.

**Details**

  • 100% remote, full-time, 35 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
