• Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow, you will create seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client.

EDUCATION

• Bachelors or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
• 3 - 5 years of experience supporting technical projects
• 3+ years supporting ServiceNow implementations across PSDS or CSM
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications to ensure continued operations and scalability.

RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist
