Role Overview

Seeking a senior Cloud/Azure Architect to design secure, scalable, resilient enterprise cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, with particular emphasis on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Azure and hybrid-cloud architectures.
• Develop cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and optimization strategies.
• Design landing zones, subscriptions, networking, identity, security, governance, monitoring, and resiliency.
• Define cloud architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Architect IaaS, PaaS, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, and cloud-native solutions.
• Support application and data migrations to Azure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation approaches.
• Design HA/DR and business-continuity architectures.
• Establish FinOps and cloud cost-optimization practices.
• Integrate Azure with on-premises and third-party environments.
• Work with cybersecurity teams on Zero Trust and cloud security controls.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of infrastructure/cloud experience.
• 5+ years designing enterprise cloud solutions.
• Deep Microsoft Azure expertise.
• Azure networking, identity, compute, storage, security, monitoring, and governance.
• Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Cloud migration/modernization experience.
• Enterprise hybrid-cloud experience.

Highly Preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Azure Administrator/DevOps/Security certifications.
• Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Azure DevOps/GitHub.
• Entra ID.
• Azure Policy/Defender/Monitor.
• FinOps experience.
• AWS or GCP secondary expertise.
