Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical support to our clients and internal staff. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and remote access tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, printers, and other peripherals
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
• Monitor and maintain company systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with remote access tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills and a dedication to providing exceptional support
