CRM ANALYST

Job Responsibilities

• Lead software development and CRM projects from design through implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate development teams and ensure project delivery.
• Oversee system integrations, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvements.
• Promote agile methodologies and development best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM systems, software development, or programming.
• Proficiency in at least 3 of the following: C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), COBOL, or DB2.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Web Services, XML, and UI/UX.
• Intermediate English and Spanish communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Required Availability

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• 100% on-site during the probationary period.
• Hybrid work schedule available after successfully completing 6 months of employment.

Compensation

• Annual Salary starting at $65,000
