Providing application support for payments application, coordination with internal stake holders and OEM on incidents closure

Hands on Liability application support
Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL, Windows/Linux hands on experience
Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines
Publish weekly/Monthly/Ad-hoc reports as per business need
Review incidents report, lever to bring automation
Review SOP, User Manuals as per need
Experience in handling hybrid team/stakeholders
Look to Identify application vulnerability and involve security team/vendor to address

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
