To design, develop and manage banking products and propositions through market analysis, customer insights and business evaluation. The role requires professional judgment in product enhancement, portfolio management, regulatory compliance and profitability assessment while supporting business objectives and customer outcomes.

• Develop and execute retail asset product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design, launch, and manage lending products across multiple customer segments.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Define pricing strategies, fees and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor portfolio growth, profitability and asset quality.
• Analyze disbursement trends, yield, NIM, delinquency and collection performance.
• Implement portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer base.
• Drive digitization of lending journeys.
• Enhance customer experience through automation and straight-through processing.
• Collaborate with technology teams for product enhancements.
• Implement AI/ML, analytics and digital lending solutions where applicable.
