Compensation

listed range $160K-$230K; description states $160,000-$200,000 base + very significant equity.

About this role

Software Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to own the technical side of enterprise sales and deployment at Hyperscale, an AI-native startup automating back-office operations for major US trucking fleets. Work directly with founders, customers and engineering to take agentic AI systems from demo to production.

What will you be doing?

• Lead technical discovery, design POCs, and run tailored demos tied to each prospect's workflows and pain points
• Travel on-site to customers (~10%) to embed with operations teams, scope integrations, and write code to unblock deals
• Scope and execute pilots with clear success metrics (call resolution rate, time savings, CSAT) and build ROI models
• Support end-to-end onboarding: data mapping, workflow configuration, API/webhook integrations, go-live
• Bridge customers and product/engineering, surfacing edge cases and shaping the roadmap
