• Own service design, data contracts, and API quality with backward compatibility.
• Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics.
• Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Essential Requirements

• 8-12 years of related experience
• Proven ability to deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
• Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
• Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Scrum/SAFe or PMP for cross-team delivery coordination
