東京を拠点とする当社では、データサイエンスの専門知識を活用してビジネス課題を解決し、データ駆動型の意思決定を推進するデータサイエンティストを募集しています。本ポジションでは、データ分析、機械学習モデルの開発、ビジネスインサイトの提供を通じて、組織の成長とイノベーションを支援します。

主な職務内容

• 大規模なデータセットを収集、整理、分析し、ビジネスニーズに基づいた実用的なインサイトを抽出する。
• 機械学習および統計モデルを設計、開発、実装し、予測分析や最適化を行う。
• ビジネスチームと連携し、データ分析の結果をわかりやすく説明し、戦略的な意思決定をサポートする。
• データの可視化ツール（例：Tableau、Power BI）を活用して、関係者に明確なレポートを提供する。
• データパイプラインの構築と最適化を行い、データ処理の効率化を図る。
• 最新のデータサイエンス技術やトレンドを追跡し、業務に適用する。

必要なスキル・経験

• データサイエンス、統計学、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野での学士号（修士号または博士号尚可）。
• Python、R、SQLなどのプログラミング言語を使用した3年以上のデータ分析経験。
• 機械学習フレームワーク（例：TensorFlow、PyTorch、scikit-learn）の実務経験。
• 大規模データ処理ツール（例：Hadoop、Spark）の知識。
• データ可視化ツールの使用経験。
• 優れた問題解決能力と分析的思考。
• 日本語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル、JLPT N1相当）。
• チームでの協働経験およびステークホルダーとの調整能力。

歓迎するスキル・経験

• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、GCP、Azure）の使用経験。
• ビジネスインテリジェンスやデータエンジニアリングの知識。
• 特定の業界（例：金融、製造、Eコマース）でのデータサイエンス経験。
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（グローバルチームとの連携の可能性あり）。
