Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• 2+ years supporting AI, ML, data, analytics, automation, cloud, or Generative AI delivery.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, model evaluation, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven delivery management across scope, schedule, budget, resources, vendors, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive reporting.
• Ability to facilitate trade-offs across accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, security, compliance, usability, and time to market.
• Experience with Agile delivery and leading globally distributed, cross-functional, matrixed teams through influence.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, documentation, and change-leadership skills.
• Experience operating in privacy-, security-, or regulation-sensitive environments.

Preferred

• PMP plus Scrum, SAFe, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or comparable platform exposure.
• Healthcare, payer, Medicare, pharmacy, HIPAA/PHI, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, AI observability, FinOps, Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Kubernetes, or Terraform
