Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst with hands-on experience in CrowdStrike, PingID, and PingFederate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and investigating security alerts, fraud incidents, account takeover (ATO), and endpoint security threats. The candidate should have strong experience in alert triage, incident investigation, case management, and threat detection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate CrowdStrike security alerts and endpoint threats.
• Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 fraud investigations and Account Takeover (ATO) cases.
• Perform alert triage, incident investigation, escalation, and case documentation.
• Work with PingID and PingFederate for identity and authentication-related security events.
• Develop and Eligible to workimize detection rules to reduce false-positive alerts.
• Track security metrics, investigation trends, and case outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement of security monitoring and incident response processes.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon / EDR.
• Experience with PingID and PingFederate.
• Knowledge of SOC Operations and Security Monitoring.
• Experience in Fraud Detection and Account Takeover (ATO) investigations.
• Strong understanding of Alert Triage and Incident Management.
• Experience in Security Case Management and Documentation.
• Knowledge of Threat Detection, Risk Assessment, and Incident Escalation.
