Job Description*

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Architecture and Platform Transformation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo Data Center administration and architecture.
• Strong hand on setting up datacenter setup of tools - Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo
• Proven experience in Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations and carve-out/separation programs.
• Expertise in assessing and migrating Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, screens, permissions, dashboards, and automations, Confluence spaces, templates, macros, and permission models.
• Strong knowledge of Bitbucket repositories, branch permissions, hooks, CI/CD integrations, and repository migration strategies.
• Experience with Bamboo plans, deployment projects, agents, build pipelines, variables, and Bamboo-to-modern CI/CD migration approaches.
• Working knowledge of Marketplace Apps such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, JSU, Xray, Structure, Assets, eazyBI, Comala, and Configuration Manager.
• Strong understanding of SSO, LDAP/AD, Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, user migration, and security architecture.
• Experience performing dependency analysis, application rationalization, migration wave planning, cutover planning, and rollback strategy definition.
• Experience integrating Atlassian products with GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, ServiceNow, SonarQube, JFrog, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs.
• Ability to perform migration readiness assessments and produce architecture, risk, and effort-estimation reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills with business, infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP) and Atlassian Solution Partner migration experience preferred. (Good to have)
• Knowledge of API automations capabilities to handle integrations
