A strong

Microsoft Identity and Access Management professional with

8+ years of experience in AD, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.

Hands-on experience in Hybrid Identity environments.

Strong expertise in Conditional Access, MFA, and Passwordless Authentication.

Experience with Exchange Online, Intune, PIM/PAM, and PowerShell automation.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks and identity governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete Active Directory user lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes).

Administer and troubleshoot Entra Connect / Cloud Sync.

Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 tenant operations.

Design and govern Entra RBAC roles and administrative delegation.

Implement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust controls.

Deploy and support passwordless authentication (WHfB, FIDO2, Authenticator, CBA).

Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and access governance.

Administer Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.

Govern Teams, M365 Groups, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive access.

Implement Purview compliance controls, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.

Support Intune-based device compliance and access management.

Lead DL migration from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online.

Create IAM standards, documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
