Senior Application Support Engineer (26-05775) -

Job Description*

Investigate API failures, data-feed disruptions and workflow errors across in-scope applications.

Lead service restoration and remediation planning.

Coordinate infrastructure, engineering and vendor support teams.

Perform cross-system data reconciliation and consistency validation.

Guide L1 teams on playbooks, diagnostics and escalation quality.

Document major activities, known errors, recovery procedures and corrective actions.

Support changes and validate application health after implementation.

Follow incident, problem, change and escalation processes, including accurate ticket updates and shift handoffs.

Work within approved runbooks, playbooks, MOPs and service-level commitments.

Maintain clear operational documentation and collaborate with cross-functional engineering, field and vendor teams.
