Senior Snaplogic Developer

Integration design and development

• Design and build reusable, parameterised SnapLogic pipelines, tasks and sub-pipelines for batch, incremental (CDC/delta) and API-driven loads.
• Ingest from varied sources (RDBMS, SaaS/REST/SOAP APIs, flat files/SFTP, S3, Kafka) into Snowflake.

Capture and persist load metadata

batch IDs, timestamps, record counts, source system and lineage tags.

• Build the Pre-MDM Silver to Reltio pipelines (entity payload mapping, crosswalks, and batch and bulk loads via Reltio APIs).

Implement the Reltio-to-Snowflake return path

Export API historical loads and incremental event consumption (SQS, Lambda, Snowpipe).

Orchestration and automation

• Integrate SnapLogic triggers (Triggered/Scheduled Tasks, Ultra Tasks) with Airflow/MWAA DAGs, handling dependencies, retries, SLAs and alerts.
• Coordinate with dbt jobs and Soda DQ checks so that pipeline sequencing is correct end to end.

Performance, reliability and operations

• Tune pipelines for volume and latency (pagination, bulk Snowflake loads, parallelism, Snaplex sizing).
• Build error handling, reprocessing, dead-letter and reconciliation patterns, and monitor with the SnapLogic Dashboard and alerts.
• Manage Snaplex nodes (Groundplex/Cloudplex), upgrades, and capacity planning.
• Provide L2/L3 support and root-cause analysis for production incidents.

Governance, security and quality

Apply data security, governance and privacy controls

secrets and credentials management, encryption, masking of PII, least-privilege access and audit trails.

• Maintain lineage and audit metadata for the data catalogue.
• Work with Soda to make sure data quality failures are captured, flagged and routed to exception handling.

Leadership and delivery

• Lead and mentor SnapLogic developers and review designs, code and pipeline standards.
• Convert mapping specifications and the Data Model Agent's modelling artifacts into integration designs.
• Review and validate artifacts produced by the Data.ai agents (Data Engineering and Test Case agents).
• Own estimates, sprint planning, release management and documentation.
• Engage stakeholders from the business, MDM, data engineering and consumer teams.

DevOps and CI/CD

• Manage SnapLogic assets with SLDB/Git, promotion across Dev, QA and Prod, and automated deployment through Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Enforce naming standards, reusable patterns and a pipeline template library.
