Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PTC Windchill Product Analyst / IT Lead to lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions within the Medical Devices industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink, along with hands-on experience in Windchill-ERP integrations.

The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, leading globally distributed teams, managing product backlogs, and ensuring successful delivery of PLM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of PLM system enhancements and sustaining updates using PTC Windchill.
• Understand business challenges and translate them into user stories, functional requirements, and system improvements.
• Prepare process flows, mockups, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and evaluate technical feasibility against existing PLM architecture.
• Lead globally distributed development and testing teams, manage priorities, and define delivery roadmaps.
• Drive Windchill-ERP integrations and enterprise product data connectivity.
• Educate business stakeholders on PLM capabilities, system architecture, and data flows.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, business partners, developers, and testers to prioritize backlogs and deliver business value.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 10+ years of overall PLM domain experience.
• 5+ years of PLM experience in the Medical Devices industry.
• 5+ years of experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink and ProjectLink.
• 3+ years of experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink.
• Minimum 2 separate implementations of Windchill-ERP integration.
• Strong understanding of PLM functional solutions, system architecture, and data architecture.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases and Oracle SQL queries.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, fit-gap analysis, and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience leading globally distributed and remote teams.
