Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Support Engineer (SME) to provide end-to-end support, administration, and Eligible to workimization of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Reltio MDM, Python, SQL, REST APIs, workflow orchestration (Airflow/DAGs), and production support operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining high platform availability, supporting data governance initiatives, troubleshooting integrations, and driving continuous improvements across the MDM ecosystem in a 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Reltio MDM platform and related applications.
• Monitor and maintain Reltio environments, ensuring platform stability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Configure and support Reltio data models, match rules, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and data governance processes.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and workflow solutions.
• Design and support DAG-based orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow or similar tools.
• Develop and Eligible to workimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Build, troubleshoot, and maintain REST API integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent resolutions.
• Support application deployments, releases, environment migrations, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with business users, data stewards, architects, and development teams to resolve data quality and integration issues.
• Implement and support data quality, governance, matching, survivorship, and hierarchy management processes.
• Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call and 24x7 production support activities.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and platform Eligible to workimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM implementation, administration, or support.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Advanced experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar DAG/workflow orchestration tools.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data stewardship, matching, and survivorship concepts.
• Experience supporting production environments and service delivery operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Reltio MDM Certification.
• Experience integrating Reltio with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Eligible to workP.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of MDM migration and data consolidation projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
