Role Overview

This role involves business relationship management, demand consolidation and prioritization, and portfolio strategy and roadmap development. Responsibilities include expanding automation use cases and PODs, establishing effective discovery practices and governance, and prioritizing high-impact automation opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage business relationships with stakeholders and support demand consolidation and prioritization.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy and roadmap development for Intelligent Automation initiatives.
• Identify and expand automation use cases and opportunities across business functions.
• Establish effective discovery practices, governance processes, and automation standards.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements throughout the RPA lifecycle.
• Develop Process Definition Documents (PDDs), documenting current-state processes, automation workflows, bot paths, business rules, exceptions, and requirements.
• Collaborate with business process owners, leadership, and development teams to translate business needs into automation solutions.
• Support automation initiatives involving RPA, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.
• Manage multiple initiatives and support timely delivery through effective planning and prioritization.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT/Business Analysis experience or a related field.
• 6+ years of Intelligent Automation/RPA experience, preferably with UiPath or comparable platforms, with strong Business Analysis expertise across the RPA lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience developing Process Definition Documents (PDDs), including documenting as-is processes, automation/bot paths, business rules, exceptions, and requirements.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, definition, management, process analysis/modeling, and prototyping, using tools such as Jira, ALM, Rally, or similar.
• Understanding of system architecture, application portfolios, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze, simplify, and standardize business processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into clear automation requirements.
• Experience collaborating with business process owners, leadership, and development teams, with strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and support timely delivery.
• Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies, including RPA, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Relevant Business Analysis and/or RPA certification.
• Healthcare industry experience.
