Job Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced iOS Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Swift and native testing frameworks.

In this role candidate will architect| scale and maintain automated testing suites across iOS/macOS applications.

The candidate will be instrumental in adEligible to working modern Swift Testing framework alongside existing XCTest and XCUITest suites| ensuring world-class application stability| performance| and user experience that align with iOS platform standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Automation Framework Architecture Design| build| and maintain native| highly maintainable automated test frameworks using Swift. Develop and execute comprehensive automated test suites spanning Unit| Integration| API| UI| and Regression layers. AdEligible to work and lead the migration toward modern Swift Testing framework (leveraging @Test| #expect| parameterized testing| and modern Swift concurrency).
• UI & Functional Automation (XCUI / XCTest) Author robust| deterministic XCUITest automated suites using Page Object or Robot design patterns. Automate complex user interactions| gestures| deep links| push notifications| and background/foreground app state transitions. Triage UI test flakiness| race conditions| and synchronization issues to maintain fast| reliable test execution.
• Continuous Integration & Release Readiness Integrate automated test pipelines into CI/CD workflows using tools such as Xcode Cloud| fastlane| Jenkins| or GitHub Actions. Manage test runners| simulator orchestration| and real-device test execution matrices. Monitor regression failure rates| run-over-run test execution metrics| and enforce quality release gates.
• Quality Advocacy & iOS Ecosystem Standards Partner closely with iOS developers| product designers| and release managers throughout the SDLC. Validate app accessibility (VoiceOver| Dynamic Type)| localization| and dark/light mode across multiple device form factors. Profile application performance| memory leaks| launch times| and CPU consumption under load using Instruments and MetricKit.
