Saviynt Tech Lead / Architect

• 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with 3-5 years of recent hands-on experience in Saviynt.
• Extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Saviynt EIC solutions, including provisioning, access requests, certifications, role management, and identity lifecycle management.
• Strong experience in application onboarding, connector integrations, workflows, REST APIs, and custom development within Saviynt.
• Proven ability to lead architecture design, solution delivery, and technical teams for large-scale identity and access management programs.
• Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA best practices, compliance requirements, RBAC, SoD, and governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, HR systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

Saviynt EIC, Java/JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, Azure/AWS, Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint/IGA concepts, and DevOps practices.
