Responsibilities

• Review and release outgoing quality inspection reports.
• Upload OQA/OBA/inspection data to customer databases accurately and on time.
• Ensure products and packaging meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor final inspection activities and support shipment release processes.
• Analyze quality issues, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct failure analysis for internal and customer-reported issues.
• Support SPC implementation, cleanliness monitoring, and in-process quality control.
• Prepare quality reports and present inspection results to management.
• Utilize digital tools and data analytics to monitor quality performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
• Support automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within Quality and Manufacturing processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and AI-enabled quality systems.
• Leverage digital platforms and reporting tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and process effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, GR&R, and 8D methodology.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI, VBA, Python, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Electronics, HDD, Data Storage, or High-Tech Manufacturing industries.
• Experience working with customer quality requirements and quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Python, VBA, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Interest in digital manufacturing and AI-enabled quality systems
