Kronos and Systems Administrator

As the Administration Officer, you will work as part of the Business Services Team to:

• Oversee the daily administrative operations of TMF Office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated, easily accessible and confidentiality as required
• Plan and coordinate events, travel, meetings, and conferences as required
• Assist with financial reconciliation reporting for expenses, ensuring their operations are efficient and effective

To be successful in this role, you must

• Have 2+ years’ experience working in administrative role
• Be willing to complete Cert III or IV in Business Administration throughout employment
• Sound understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software
• Scheduling and calendar management
• Ability to manage the workflow and internal systems to ensure timely responses to all internal and external correspondence to the relevant business areas
• Flexibility to work in other areas of the business as required.
