  • Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets.
  • Coordinate with network, server, cloud, and security teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Support backup restoration, disaster recovery activities, and infrastructure changes in accordance with company policies.
