• Collaborate closely with designers to turn concepts into smooth, intuitive user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a scalable component structure.
• Work with the team to integrate simple AI‑powered features into our products.

• Some hands‑on experience with **React** (from projects, internships, or your first role).
• Familiarity with **Tailwind CSS** or a strong interest in learning it.
• Openness to using **AI tools** in your daily workflow.
• A good eye for UI details — spacing, typography, colors, and overall polish.
• Basic understanding of component structure, state, and how modern frontends are organized.
• Good communication skills in **German and English**.
