About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on technology professional with experience in ServiceNow development, Alteryx, Tableau, Splunk and business process design. This role will build and configure applications and workflows, develop data preparation and analysis processes, and create reporting and monitoring solutions that improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows to support business requirements.
• Build and maintain Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation and analysis.
• Create Tableau dashboards and visualizations that communicate operational performance and business insights.
• Use Splunk for monitoring, analytics and investigation of operational issues.
• Document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities and design more efficient workflows.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Test, troubleshoot and document applications, workflows and reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in application development, data analytics, workflow automation or related work.
• Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Experience building data workflows in Alteryx.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Working experience with Splunk monitoring and analytics.
• Experience designing, documenting and optimizing business processes.
