Senior Frontend Software Developer

As a Senior Frontend Software Developer, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to testing, release, and ongoing enhancement. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Analyze customer and product requirements and translate them into accessible, reliable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making in collaboration with software architects and engineering teams.
• Build reusable components and libraries aligned with established design systems and engineering standards.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and distributed backend services.
• Create and maintain automated unit, integration, component, and end-to-end tests.
• Enhance application performance, accessibility, security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to support engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria clarification while helping identify dependencies, risks, and delivery approaches.
• Support the creation and protection of intellectual property through innovative software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, Product Management, backend engineers, quality engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical documentation, engineering standards, developer tooling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate actively in Program Increment Planning or similar cross-team planning activities, providing technical insights, estimates, feasibility assessments, and implementation sequencing recommendations.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges transparently to support informed planning and decision-making.
• Provide technical leadership and coordination across complex development activities.
• Share constructive feedback and observations that support the growth and development of team members.
• Partner with technology leadership on team development initiatives and continuous capability building.
• Perform other responsibilities within the scope of the role as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience developing complex web applications and contributing at a senior technical level.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, semantic HTML, CSS, and Sass.
• Experience with Angular architecture, reusable components, reactive forms, routing, dependency injection, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with NgRx, including Store, Effects, selectors, and entity-based state management.
• Experience developing accessible and reusable user interfaces using Angular Material, Angular CDK, or comparable frameworks.
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture, responsive design principles, browser behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience implementing automated unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing using modern frontend testing frameworks.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs, including authentication, authorization, error handling, and asynchronous data management.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, performing root-cause analysis, resolving defects, and supporting software releases.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, secure frontend development practices, and application performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, package management, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• English and Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience creating or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures or real-time web applications.
• Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions using ECharts or similar technologies.
• Experience building diagramming, graph visualization, or canvas-based applications.
• Experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), service workers, offline capabilities, or advanced caching strategies.
• Experience designing and maintaining multilingual or localized web applications.
• Experience implementing real-time communication using WebSockets or SignalR.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility requirements, Core Web Vitals, and frontend observability practices.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and using design tools such as Figma.
• Working knowledge of C#, .NET, or experience integrating with microservice-based and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerized development environments, or industrial software products.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining software quality, security, confidentiality, and intellectual property protection.
