Responsibilities

  • Respond to infrastructure support requests
  • Triage and investigate complexities
  • Perform Ubuntu hardening, Terraform provisioning, and automation via AAP
  • Communicate with peers on issues and manage MS Teams threads
  • Participate in daily and weekly agile ceremonies
  • Deploy infrastructure with Terraform and provision AMIs
  • Support monthly patching on weekends
  • Document knowledge and articulate technical solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CI/CD automated pipelines
  • Experience with AWS services (EKS, ECS, RDS, SQS, SES)
  • Experience with IAC frameworks like Terraform and/or CloudFormation
  • Experience using and implementing Infrastructure as Code
  • Containerization best practices
  • Experience with Git or alternative source code repositories
  • US Citizenship required
  • Ability to receive DHS EOD suitability

Preferred

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools including New Relic and Splunk
  • Kubernetes or other container orchestration platform experience
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms like Kafka
  • Database administration experience (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Active GitHub profile
