Background/Need

The Human Resources department is modernizing its employee services using the ServiceNow platform. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong platform development skills and experience with or interest in the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). This role reports directly to the HRIS Manager and will work closely with other HRIS developers to develop and maintain solutions consistent with established architecture, development standards, and platform strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring broad ServiceNow development experience, strong technical execution skills, and the ability to contribute across ServiceNow capabilities as the platform matures. HRSD-specific experience is highly valued but not required—we welcome candidates with strong ServiceNow experience in other modules and a desire to expand into HR.
