Cloud R Analyst, Associate

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage production infrastructure
• Maintain high system availability and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain healthy systems (perform clean ups and performance tweaks)
• Support and On-board new tenants to Azure cloud.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related on Infra and application hosted on Azure.
• Use Service Now to work on customer tickets by achieving SLA's.
• Perform scheduled activities on weekends.
• Run PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipeline where automation is used to complete tasks for Product deployments.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 1+ year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer doing systems monitoring & supporting IT infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Ability to work as a team to accomplish departmental goals
• Knowledge of SQL/Database Concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge on Azure Kubernetes service (AKS)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Weekend Shift - Mandatory (Rotational)

Qualifications

• 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree required
