Assistant Manager

This role provides technical leadership across cloud-based data engineering, builds scalable ELT pipelines, and facilitates Agile ceremonies. The focus is on enabling high-quality data models, orchestration workflows, and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Snowflake data models and ELT workflows
• Build SQL/Python transformations and dbt models (staging, marts, tests)
• Develop scalable ingestion pipelines using S3, Snowpipe, Fivetran
• Build and manage workflows through Fivetran and Analysis Server(both good to have)
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage delivery timelines
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold engineering best practices

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in data engineering
• Advanced SQL & Python
• Strong experience with Snowflake
• Hands‑on proficiency with dbt
• Experience with AWS S3
• Experience with Fivetran, Snowpipe(both optional/good to have)
• Exposure to Databricks/Spark and/or Analysis Server(SSIS)
• Agile/Scrum leadership experience preferred
• Strong experience with Azure Devops, GitHub/GitLab and Git‑based workflows
• Hands‑on exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps‑aligned engineering practices
