Title - Data Analytics Lead

Location - Bangalore

• Lead data analytics initiatives to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Drive stakeholder and client engagement through regular reviews, insights presentations, and status updates.
• Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple analytics projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Present complex analytical findings to leadership in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Mentor and guide analytics team members while promoting best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and project execution.
