Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines using Python and SQL
• Build and manage data models and transformations using DBT
• Develop and maintain workflows and scheduling using Airflow
• Work with Snowflake for data warehousing, performance tuning, and data optimization
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all data systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, BI, and Data Science teams
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SQL and data modeling
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake (data warehousing, optimization, performance tuning)
• Experience working with DBT for transformation and data modeling
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and teams

Lead data engineering strategy across projects. Drive innovation in practices and optimization. Represent team in executive meetings. Develop long-term data plans.Graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
