Lead Salesforce Architect

Our client is seeking a Lead Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end solution architecture for a complex enterprise implementation. This role combines strategic architectural leadership with hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, including client relationships, householding, financial accounts, and wealth management processes
• Drive enterprise data modeling, data integration, and architecture using Salesforce Data 360
• Design integration patterns between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture
• Provide architectural direction and hands-on technical guidance to development teams, including design decisions, architecture reviews, and risk identification
• Lead architecture and design discussions with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and technology teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Partner with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to drive solution delivery and support production deployments
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data 360, and enterprise data modeling
• Strong hands-on technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL
• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architecture (Platform Events)
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, role hierarchies, permission sets, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps, and release management in Agile delivery environments
• Proven ability to architect complex, scalable solutions and mentor technical teams in enterprise environments
