Field Service Technician

Temporary, full-time position | Duration: 3-6 months

TERRA SONIC INTERNATIONAL is looking for a dependable, physically capable, hands-on individual to join our

Field Support Division. Based out of Monroe, North Carolina, this position will travel with our field team to

support rig demonstration activities, assist in rig commissioning, and help with equipment setup and field

support work.

This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. We are looking for someone who takes

direction well, works safely, looks after equipment, and is willing to put in the effort to become a valuable

member of the field team.

What you’ll do

• Support rig demonstration activities and assist in rig commissioning.
• Assist the Field Support team with daily equipment and site activities.
• Handle tools, hoses, and supporting field equipment.
• Help load, unload, secure, and organize equipment for transport.
• Support equipment setup, mobilization, and demobilization at job sites.
• Assist with cleaning, lubrication, inspections, and basic maintenance under supervision.
• Keep trucks, rigs, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, wear required protective equipment, and communicate clearly with the field team.

What we’re looking for

• A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) would be considered an asset.
• Physical strength and stamina for demanding outdoor work in arduous conditions and inclement

weather, including repeated lifting, carrying, bending, and climbing, using appropriate lifting equipment and

team assistance.

• A reliable work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working outdoors in changing weather and job-site conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and availability to travel full-time, with flexibility for early starts, variable hours, and occasional

weekend work.

Experience in construction, equipment maintenance, field operations, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but

previous experience with TERRA SONIC equipment is not required. This is an entry-level role with hands-on

learning alongside experienced personnel.

Travel is a central part of this position. Monroe is the home base, but candidates should expect to spend

substantial time on the road and away from home.
