Deposit & Retail Lending Product Manager

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Deposit & Retail Lending Product Manager to join the Deposit and Retail Lending Services Team.

Compensation

The pay range for the role is $75,000 - $115,000/yr; commensurate with experience

The level of the position will be determined by the hiring manager based on the candidate's qualifications.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)

The Deposit & Retail Lending Product Manager supports the development and execution of the strategy, roadmap, and performance of assigned products with a focus on customer acquisition, loyalty, spend drivers, and product functionality. The role collaborates closely with Vendor Management, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to ensure products remain compliant, customer centric, operationally efficient, and supported by accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities include contributing to promotions and loyalty initiatives, optimizing pricing and features, managing third party vendors, and leveraging data and analytics to monitor results and inform recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Finance, business, economics, or marketing degree preferred.
• Previous experience in banking strongly preferred.
• Experience with card networks/loyalty economics and reimbursable.
• Familiarity with RAROC/net profitability and portfolio analytics.
• Background in regulated financial services and customer lifecycle marketing.

Officer Minimum Qualifications

• Three (3) + years of product management, loyalty/engagement, card program management, or consumer financial services experience.

AVP Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of progressively responsible experience in product management, loyalty/engagement, card program management, or consumer financial services experience.
