- Client solutions: Join client calls with sales to solve complex payment acceptance needs, including integrated, e-commerce and omnichannel use cases.
- Sales enablement: Give bankers, sales officers and relationship managers the training, tools and positioning they need to win. Take part in market-facing activities.
- Partners and vendors: Manage processor, gateway and software partners to make sure service is excellent, expand what FNB can offer and get products to market faster.
- Cross-functional delivery: Work with technology, operations, sales, risk and compliance to deliver new products, enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Performance and growth: Track product performance, find growth opportunities and act to increase revenue, client adoption and operational effectiveness.
- Subject matter expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on merchant acquiring, payment acceptance and emerging payment technologies for internal teams and clients.
- Compliance and governance: Make sure products meet regulatory requirements, card network rules and internal governance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in merchant acquiring: pricing and interchange economics, processing, gateways and card network rules
- Comfort in front of clients and executives, with the ability to explain technical payment flows in plain business terms
- A record of taking products from idea to launch in a regulated environment
- A background at a bank, processor, ISO or payments fintech is preferred
