Test Engineer III

The Test Engineer III is a technical leader responsible for defining and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex RF systems and components in high-reliability applications. This role leads the development of advanced test solutions, including automated hardware and software systems, to validate product performance, quality, and compliance with stringent customer and regulatory requirements. From early R&D through production launch, the Test Engineer III drives test engineering efforts across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with design, manufacturing, and program leadership.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for RF systems and components
• Perform RF testing using advanced test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
• Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug RF systems and components to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate closely with design engineers to ensure products meet performance standards
• Support new product development by leading the test engineering function for new product and R&D projects from concept to launch
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accurate measurements
• Develop automated test scripts using LabVIEW and related software platforms to improve testing efficiency
• Support company-wide test automation initiatives by collaborating with engineering and production counterparts to develop and implement world-class test automation hardware and software solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Field of Study
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
• OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
• Working knowledge of test automation software
• Demonstrated experience with RF systems and signal chain design
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance
