Systems and Training Lead

We are looking for a Systems and Training Lead to join GAC's Business Systems and Digital Transformation team in Sri Lanka. The role focuses on improving business processes through digital solutions, coordinating system enhancements, conducting user acceptance testing, and delivering training on our IT applications.

What will your day at GAC look like?

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through digital solutions.
• Coordinate system change requests, bug reports, and enhancements with business teams.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and conduct end-to-end user acceptance testing and recommend improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, process flows, system manuals, and release notes.
• Deliver system training and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain system backlogs, project updates, and documentation libraries.

What are we looking for?

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

Experience

At least three years of relevant experience.

Professional qualifications

Certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Figma UI/UX Design, SQL, and Power BI.

Technical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.

Reporting and analytics

Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytical tools.

User interface design

Ability to create user interface mock-ups using Figma or a similar tool.

Data skills

Strong data visualization and analytical skills.

Communication

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Working style

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Collaboration

Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Customer focus

Willingness to assist and train users.
