Android Developer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strong experience in developing native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on experience with MVVM architecture and Android application development best practices.
• Strong experience in REST API integration and consuming JSON data.
• Experience with application logging, Crashlytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Proficient in writing unit tests to ensure code quality, robustness, reliability, and edge-case handling.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and work independently.
• Ability to lead and guide offshore/remote teams, ensuring effective coordination and delivery.
• Prior experience working in Agile development environments.
