HR Helpdesk Officer

Job description summary

The Helpdesk staff is responsible for ensuring that all HR-related inquiries are handled appropriately and meet expectations with regards to performance and meeting defined metrics/ benchmarks

Job Description

• Ensure the quality of resolution for all queries / requests received via calls and / or service request tool. Log and discuss employee feedback with supervisor in order to improve services experience and ensure high level of customer (employee) satisfaction
• Ensures the accuracy of the support / resolution provided by reviewing the support / resolution before it delivered
• Knowing how to measures the performance as individual
• Proactively improve proficiency and productivity and drives consistent work quality
• Having knowledge of HR function, processes and application to maximizes efficiencies and effectiveness of services
• Ensures that Helpdesk practice is always aligned to the mission / vision
• Performs additional duties assigned, as and when required, especially when relevant to the role or future skill development

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication and work documentation.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and accuracy skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills across teams/departments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative in improving work processes.
