Job Summary

• We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and backend development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java
• Strong experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
• Experience developing Microservices
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs / Web Services
• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven technologies
• Strong SQL/database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases
• Experience with Git and CI/CD
• Good understanding of design patterns, OOP, and software development best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java backend applications
• Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices
• Develop and integrate REST APIs
• Work with messaging/event-driven architectures such as Kafka
• Design and optimize database queries and backend services
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
