Job Description

  • We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher with hands-on AI research experience to support AI-powered products, intelligent assistants, and agentic commerce experiences. This is a research-focused role, not a UX Designer position.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Research using qualitative or mixed methods.
  • 2+ years of experience researching AI-powered products, AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or agentic experiences.
  • Strong expertise in user interviews, usability testing, concept testing, and customer behavior research.
  • Experience evaluating AI trust, transparency, privacy, and user adoption.
  • Ability to translate research findings into actionable product recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
