Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher (UXR) with expertise in user experience research and a strong understanding of Agentic AI and AI-powered commerce experiences. The ideal candidate will research how users interact with AI agents, intelligent shopping assistants, and conversational commerce platforms to create intuitive, trustworthy, and user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research to understand user behaviors, needs, expectations, and pain points in AI-driven commerce experiences.
• Research user interactions with agentic AI systems, AI shopping assistants, conversational interfaces, and automated purchasing journeys.
• Plan and execute user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, and concept testing.
• Evaluate user trust, transparency, control, and adoption of AI agents that recommend products, compare options, and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve AI-powered shopping and digital commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights, research reports, personas, journey maps, and product recommendations.
• Assess the usability, accessibility, and effectiveness of AI interfaces, including conversational and multimodal experiences.
• Support product discovery, prototype testing, and iterative product development.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher, User Experience Researcher, Product Researcher, or Design Researcher.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, and journey mapping.
• Understanding of AI-powered products, Generative AI, conversational AI, AI assistants, or agentic AI systems.
• Experience researching e-commerce, digital commerce, retail, marketplaces, or customer-facing digital products.
• Ability to synthesize complex research findings into clear, actionable product insights.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
