We're looking for a talented and experienced

Product Design Team Lead

to join our growing team and lead the design experience of DoktorABC, one of our consumer-facing digital health products.

You'll lead a team of three Product Designers while personally owning the end-to-end product design of one of our squads, from concept to execution. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and conversion-driven digital experiences.

This isn't a purely managerial position.

We're looking for a design leader who loves being in the details, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and can balance hands-on execution with team leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of three Product Designers, providing professional guidance, feedback, and clear prioritization across multiple squads.
• Stay Hands-On: Take full ownership of product design within one of our squads, from initial concepts and user flows to high-fidelity designs and final implementation.
• Own the User Experience: Drive a seamless and consistent experience across DoktorABC's website, mobile applications, pharmacy portal, and back-office systems.
• Build & Scale Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and evolve a unified Design System across web and mobile platforms.
• Design with Data: Leverage user research, product analytics, and A/B testing to continuously optimize user journeys, conversion funnels, and overall product experience.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders to translate product goals into outstanding user experiences.
• Drive Design Excellence: Establish effective design processes, improve collaboration between Product, Design, and Development, and maintain high design standards across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, including at least 1–2 years of experience leading or managing designers.
• Proven experience designing consumer-facing B2C products at scale, preferably in E-commerce, Fintech, Healthtech, or Marketplace environments.
• Strong hands-on experience designing for both web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Experience designing and optimizing conversion funnels, checkout flows, and payment experiences.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and end-to-end product design processes.
• Experience working with product analytics, user research, and A/B testing to drive design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, support several squads simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing complex B2C products, design thinking, and measurable impact.
