Security Track Specialist

JD for Vulnerability Remediation SME 6–9 years cybersecurity/vulnerability management experience, including 4+ years managing enterprise vulnerability remediation programs.

• Strong experience analyzing thousands of findings across multiple security platforms.
• Expertise in vulnerability correlation, risk-based prioritization, asset/application mapping and remediation lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Apiiro, Qualys, Wiz and AppOmni native reporting and bulk export.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel, SQL, Power BI or equivalent data-analysis skills.
• Dashboard/report construction
• CISSP, CISM, Security+ or relevant vendor certifications preferred Responsibilities Analyze, normalize and correlate the overall vulnerability backlog across the security tooling ecosystem.
• Establish a validated backlog view and identify duplicates, false positives, stale findings, ownership gaps, decommission candidates and related findings.
• Correlate findings across applications, servers and platforms to identify common/root cause vulnerabilities.
• Ingest and normalize AppOmni SaaS posture findings into the consolidated backlog view.
• Establish risk-based prioritization and baseline metrics for risk burndown, vulnerability counts, application security counts, aging and remediation velocity.
• Define the reporting data model — asset-to-application mapping, ownership, risk tier and SLA class.
• Establish the metric baseline using native Apiiro, Qualys and Wiz reporting; defer custom dashboard construction to the remediation phase.
