Hands-on experience with Databricks/Snowflake/Azure/AWS-based data platforms
Proficiency in assessing business logic, proposal submission, and time estimation
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, guiding data warehouse/lakehouse migration or development projects
Project experience from a consultancy background
Customer-oriented approach
Strong communication skills and proactivity
Professional working proficiency in both English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
Problem-solving skills, creativity
